Terms of Service
The working terms for using this website and engaging NexSolve for design, development, SEO, content, marketing, packages or white-label delivery.
About NexSolve
NexSolve is a remote digital product and growth studio providing UI/UX design, web and mobile development, SEO, content, off-page SEO, digital marketing, website-launch packages and white-label agency support.
Website information
Website content explains services and general working methods. It is not a binding offer, professional legal or financial advice, or a promise that any service is suitable for a specific business.
Project scope and agreement
Paid work is governed by the package description, accepted proposal, invoice, statement of work or other written agreement. The written scope defines deliverables, responsibilities, assumptions, revisions, timing, fees and handover conditions.
Packages and estimates
Published package prices apply only to their stated boundaries. Custom requirements, extra pages, new functionality, paid software, third-party costs, migrations, content volume and expedited delivery can change the final quote. Pricing-builder totals are estimates until NexSolve confirms scope in writing.
Client responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, lawful content, timely feedback, required access and a person authorized to approve work. You are responsible for confirming that you have rights to the domains, brands, copy, media, data, accounts and materials supplied to NexSolve.
Access and credentials
Share access through an approved method and provide only the permissions needed for delivery. You remain responsible for account ownership, recovery methods, platform terms and removing access when it is no longer required.
Payments
Currency, deposits, milestones, payment method and due dates are confirmed before work begins. Unless the written scope says otherwise, work may pause when an invoice is overdue. Third-party fees and advertising spend are separate from NexSolve service fees.
Timelines, feedback and delays
Timelines depend on access, content, approvals, platform response and client feedback. A delay in required inputs may move delivery dates. Material scope changes receive a revised estimate or schedule before execution.
Revisions and acceptance
Included revision rounds and review windows are defined in the written scope. A revision changes work within the approved direction; a new direction, feature, page, platform or deliverable may require additional scope.
Design and development
Browser, device and accessibility targets are agreed per project. NexSolve is not responsible for undocumented third-party changes, hosting outages, unsupported legacy environments, client edits or software introduced after handover.
Domains, hosting and third-party software
Domain registration, hosting, plugins, fonts, stock assets, APIs, app stores and other third-party products remain subject to their own fees, licenses, availability and terms. Unless expressly included, the client purchases and owns these accounts.
SEO and indexation
Search engines and third-party websites operate outside NexSolve's control. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, indexation dates, authority metrics, leads or revenue. Results depend on competition, website condition, content, authority, algorithm changes and other external factors.
Off-page SEO and live links
Where a package includes link reporting or a replacement period, the applicable quantity, validation method and time window are stated in that package or agreement. Third-party publishers can change, remove or reclassify links outside NexSolve's control.
Advertising and social platforms
Advertising accounts, approvals, tracking, attribution and results depend on platform systems, the offer, creative, budget, destination and market. Advertising spend is paid by the client unless a written agreement states otherwise. No ROAS, lead or sales volume is guaranteed.
White-label agency partnerships
The agency or consultant owns its client relationship. Contact rules, delivery identity, confidentiality, intellectual-property transfer and non-solicitation expectations must be documented for the engagement. NexSolve does not contact an end client without authorization for the relevant interaction.
Intellectual property
NexSolve retains ownership of its website, brand, reusable know-how, pre-existing tools and materials. Ownership or licensing of project deliverables, source files and third-party assets follows the accepted written scope and becomes effective subject to agreed payment terms.
Confidentiality
Each party should protect non-public information received for the project and use it only for the agreed work. Confidentiality does not cover information already public, independently developed or lawfully obtained elsewhere. Separate NDA terms apply where signed.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund treatment depends on the accepted scope, completed work, reserved capacity, non-refundable third-party costs and applicable law. Work already performed and approved external costs are generally not refundable unless the written agreement states otherwise.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, submit malicious material, attempt unauthorized access, request deceptive or unlawful work, infringe third-party rights, abuse communication channels or use NexSolve services to violate platform or search-engine rules.
Suspension and termination
NexSolve may pause or end work for overdue payment, missing access, abusive conduct, security risk, unlawful requests or material breach. Ongoing engagements may be ended according to the notice and handover terms in their written agreement.
No warranties
Except where a written agreement or applicable law requires otherwise, the website and services are provided on the basis of the agreed scope without warranties of uninterrupted third-party availability or specific commercial outcomes.
Limitation and disputes
Liability and dispute terms may be defined in the applicable written agreement and remain subject to mandatory law. Neither party should rely on this website alone to replace project-specific commercial terms.
Changes to these terms
NexSolve may update these terms when services, operations or legal requirements change. The revised date shown on this page identifies the current website version; accepted project agreements remain governed by their own change rules.
